At PKP we take great pride in making the best protective equipment on the planet, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied. All PKP products carry with them a 15 day No Questions Asked policy. If PKP products are not the most comfortable and secure protective equipment you’ve ever worn please contact us within 15 days from date of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of your product.*

**IF you have purchased your product from a shop, please contact them first for a refund or exchange.

All PKP products also carry with them a six(6) month warranty against manufacturer defects and incorrect shipments. If you feel your item(s) were/are defective, or you received the wrong order, please contact us by emailing to the address below. Once we receive your return request we will send you an email with information on returning your product. The email will contain important information required for the return, including prepaid shipping instructions, an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and return shipping information. Please keep this email for your records as it will be required in the event you wish to speak with a customer support representative. Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product to determine the nature of the defect. In the event that the product is determined defective we will offer the option of refunding the cost of the product less the initial shipping charges, or a replacement product at equal or lesser value. If the product is determined to be defective due to unnatural means or improper use of the product you will be contacted to determine if you would like the product returned COD, or if you would like PKP to dispose of the product.

* Initial shipping charges are not refundable under the PKP return policy. An email address that allows return replies is required. IMPORTANT: USING AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WE CANNOT REPLY TO MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.
